Built from
the inside out.
HappiYou is about one thing. People. Being together. Really being together. The kind where you actually know each other. Where you can have the hard conversation and come out closer on the other side.
The missionTo put the skills that change a life within reach of everyone. Knowing yourself. Handling conflict. Repairing what matters. The skills that don't come automatically, and that many of us were never taught.
Where We're GoingA world where the hard part gets easier. Where people know themselves, say the real thing, and come out closer. Because the skills are finally there. And if that sounds like the world you want to live in too, you are already in the right place.
Emotional intelligence isn't soft. It's the skill everything else depends on.

Amanda Pryor, M.S. · Founder & CEOThe Work Came First.
I've spent over fifteen years in education, across higher ed and K-12. And no matter where I was, I kept seeing the same thing.
People weren't struggling because they didn't care, or because they weren't capable. They were struggling because they never learned the proper skills to deal with it, to solve it, to repair it. How to name what they were feeling. How to handle conflict when it showed up. How to stay in a hard conversation without it falling apart.
The ObservationA lot of my work was building programming, running mediations, working through conflict with students directly. Trying to help them handle things before they became something bigger.
And what I kept seeing was the gap. The people who needed it most often weren't in the room. And even for the students who were there, great programming wasn't always enough. Not because the work wasn't good, but because it couldn't reach them in their actual moment of need.
It's even more stark with younger students. They're less developed, so it's all even more on display. A student can't focus on the lesson because of what happened at lunch. Or at home. Or in a group chat the night before. We treat the emotional stuff like it's separate from the learning. It isn't. Much of the time, it is the barrier. And it affects everything else, even with them trying to push through it.
The EvidenceThe thing about a crisis is that it almost never started as one.
It started as a conflict that got seen, but never addressed. And it grew into something no one could ignore, worse than it ever had to be.
These skills don't just develop on their own. You either work to learn them, or you don't. And when you don't, the same patterns follow you into every stage that comes next.
And it's not just happening in schools. It's happening everywhere. At work, in families, between friends, in situations we only see from afar. It's in all of our lives. We all see it. Everyone does.
The RealizationThe more I learned about emotional intelligence, attachment patterns, how we move through conflict, the states we get into and why, the more I realized none of it existed in one place. I had to put it all together myself. In my own head. Piece by piece, framework by framework, until I could finally see the whole picture.
I looked for it. Something that held all of it together in one piece. I couldn't find it. So I built it.
What began as a search for something that didn’t exist became the foundation for HappiYou, and the work we’ve been building ever since.
Putting it all togetherEvery piece of HappiYou, from a worksheet for a four-year-old to an app for a college student, teaches the same underlying skill: Early Conflict Intelligence™. Read the room. Have the capacity. Follow through. Early whenever possible, so the hard thing doesn't have to become the big thing. And when it already has, the skills for working your way back.
Emotional intelligence should not only help people recover from difficult moments. It should help people recognize those moments sooner, respond more thoughtfully, and, whenever possible, prevent them all together.
Our System
The EcosystemWe're after the whole picture.
A happier life isn't one thing. It's knowing yourself, handling what's hard, and having people to do it with.
HappiYou is built in three parts. HappiME is the inner work, understanding your patterns, your emotions, and what drives you. HappiYOU is how that shows up, in conflict, in relationships, in the moments that actually matter. HappiUS is the people, the community, the togetherness.
Because none of it happens alone.
"EQ for the feeling. IQ for the strategy.
Early, so it never becomes a crisis."
